Wrong item, no call to get correct item

I have requested a return because the weong item was sent to me. I received a email saying the courier company wil contact me for collection and bring my correct item. I have still not received a call or any idication that they will send me the correct item. Please can someone give me an update on whats happeneing and if i will ever get my CORRECT parcel.

We apologize profusely for the delay and have asked that our couriers contact you soonest to arrange the collection.

Our Operations Specialist will be overseeing that this process does happen. I can also confirm that the correct item has been reserved for you and you will indeed receive it.
