Wrong item delivered no collection for the wrong item

They delivered wrong item…something worth R50 for an item I bought R1499 …they promised to collect for exchange on the 17/04/2024 Today the 18/04/2024 they say my collection was rescheduled…. It was a gift for my husband graduation which is tomorrow morning….i am so disappointed in this brand and their poor service for clients 😭😭
