Wrong item delivered

On the 4th of May 2022 I ordered a Nimbus sleeper couch - light grey at Superbalist, order No. ***1 was given to me and it was said to be believed to me on the 9th of May 2022. The delivery date passed and I didn’t receive my item, called Superbalist and they cancelled the order and placed another order on the 14th on May 2022 on my behalf of the same item with an order No. ***5 and it was said to be delivered 19 May 2022. When the order got to me today it was a Barstool and not the sleeper couch that i have ordered. I didn’t accept the incorrect item that was delivered to me (Barstool),the delivery guy took it back with him.
