Wrong Delivery ,then worse ,I won’t receive my perfume

So I ordered a paco robane perfume and received a watch ,incorrect order ,once again.

I was asked to follow the correct procedure with regards to logging an exchange ,now I get told that the perfume I initially ordered and paid for is no longer in stock and therefore I will not receive it .

I’m just wondering where the one I paid for is...
