Wrong delivery

This is the third time I write about this ridiculous service I am getting from supebalist..I guess even their owners don't care about the bad service they provide..I am still waiting for an exchange from the wrong shoe they delivered..it's been 3 weeks now ..very poor service ...I am not ordering from them again 😔I send emails every day they promise to come then cancell this happens every day PLEASE HELP
