Wrong delivery

Good day I am Tshepiso Sereo ordered at Supebalist month end of July 2024 they delivered a wrong delivery ..I send them an email advising of the above..they responded by saying the driver will come pick it up and it will go for a inspection then they will deliver mine ..I am still waiting for them to come pick up the delivery even today..it's been 10 days waiting for a driver to come pick up the wrong delivery ..this is not the first time this happens last time they delivered a wrong size I am disappointed in their service ...your assistance will be highly appreciated
