Wrong color, wrong style.

I'm writing this as a formal complaint. I ordered a man boot on 29 Oct 2023, White, Size 8 with Superbalist. I received the order today 01 Nov 2023 and it is in a black color that looks like it was previously worn. I am very disappointed and angered by this as this is meant to be my son's birthday gift. Upon me ordering, there was availability of the size and color however the one delivered does not even look like the one on the online photo.
