Wouldn’t recommend this online shop

Superbalist sells products with deflects on them which constantly requires customers to return them. Superbalist also ships off products that have disgustingly dirty packaging to customers without having any sort of warehousing quality checks. Products are advertised and sold but there are no stock of the item which then leads to refund due to inventory errors. Superbalist’s attempt make up for all the above issues is a discount code to encourage more purchases and not acknowledge the bad service and inconvenience the customer has already experienced. Customer service employees do not take the time to correct their spelling before replying to emails and speaking to a manager is highly difficult. Online assistants pretend to be managers and to escalate issues but do not provide any feedback. Wouldn’t recommend this brand as I’ve tried to purchase many times and I always have one issue or another. The issues do not get resolved. The service in multiple areas are horrible.
