Worts experience ever with online shopping

Update. Order December 2023 it is middle January 2024 still not sorted out. "Refunded" - it has been a week, still no money paid into my account. The wrong amount refunded and now they are on my case to get the difference paid back. How am I suppose too pay the difference back if I have not received the refund yet? Strange how they can follow up immediatly if they had made the mistake and money is involved. Who is going to pay the banking fees for this mistake? This purchase was the worst experience I have received from any online merchant.
