Worst/Stupidest Company Ever !

I have never dealt with such an *********** company in my life. I have ordered the same dress 3 times for an event coming up. The first time they delivered the dress to the wrong address, the second time the dress came is was the wrong size, the third time the dress was the wrong size again. Each time I call the support helpline they refuse to put me through to a manager.
