Worst Shopping Experience Ever!

Placed an order on the 17th of December with a promised delivery date of the 19th of December. However, when I called to check on my parcel, I was shocked to find out it was still sitting in the warehouse, waiting to be dispatched to the courier company! Meanwhile, my partner placed an order a day later, on the 18th of December, with a delivery date set for the 20th, yet their parcel arrived early on the 19th. How does that even make sense?

When I contacted customer service for assistance, it was beyond frustrating. No one could tell me when my parcel would be delivered, and their responses were vague at best. I asked for a full refund and was informed it would take 8–10 working days to process—completely unacceptable! I even requested they ensure delivery by tomorrow (the 20th), but they outright said they couldn’t promise anything.

This was my first experience with this platform, and it’s been nothing but a nightmare. The inconsistency, lack of accountability, and unhelpful customer service make it clear they don’t value their customers. I swear, this platform is the absolute pits. I will never shop here again!
