Worst service/lack thereof Ever experienced from Superbalist!!

I am very displeased with the service that I have received, or lack thereof, from the delivery guys. I frequently purchase from Superbalist and I have NEVER had this problem before. What makes matters worse is that the same thing is now happening with another purchase that I've made over the past weekend.

The delivery guys call me to confirm my address and then they tell me that they work in the Northriding area and not in the Ruimsig area so therefore they are going to return my items to the warehouse, as they cannot drive to Ruimsig to deliver my parcel. I was very upset when I received an sms stating that the driver was unable to deliver my parcel due to me not being available to receive my parcel from the driver. I called the service team and advised that the driver was never at my premises to deliver my parcel and that I waited all day , I even called in to provide an alternative number for the driver to call when he arrives at the estate before I received the message.

The drivers don’t want to drive to Ruimsig from Northriding to deliver my parcel, so they put a note on the system stating that I was not available to receive the parcel. This is dishonesty and and unfair treatment to a customer who is already waiting on the purchased item. It has resulted in my item being refunded and me not receiving the item that I bought. I would not have purchased the item if I did not want it!!!

Why do the drivers collect parcels for an area that they do not make deliveries in and why does the driver call to ask for my address when I entered all the information upon completion of my purchase. It is totally unacceptable, terrible service from your platform and its the drivers who do as they please with purchased orders. These items could be purchased for an event or for a birthday present and because of total disregard for paying customers, the delivery does not happen on time. Extremely bad service from your platform Superbalist.com. IT HAS BEEN OVER 2 WEEKS NOW AND I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER!!!
