Worst service provider ever

I have had the worst kind of service from superbalist and it's agents I made a purchase last week on the 16 that was cancelled I was told the money did not go through to them however when I called the bank they said the money was still being processed and will reflect before end of business I was then told that unfortunately there is nothing that could be done the order was cancelled I then went back to the bank and reversed the payment and then made another purchase which was successful however on the 18th superbalist made a debit in my account and as soon as I transfared money into my account it went out I have sent statements as prove however I'm not being assisted I'm being taken from pillar to post the last Agent gugulethu shumi told me that there are no manager that could assist me they do not work with assisting clients I'm so appalled by the service i have received I have been grately inconvenienced for absolutely no reason to top it off I bought shoes for girls and the order was for boys I'm so disappointed as to the service your Agents give to clients ....
