Worst service - no extra mile for these guys

I work in Stellenbosch and ordered shoes I needed for the weekend on Tuesday. There was no option other than the standard delivery option that I could select. I wanted to fast-track the shoes I've ordered, as delivery stated that it will only be delivered on Friday, and I'm leaving work Thursday at 12 pm.

I phoned and asked for help, and ultimately the only solution seemed to be to place the order again. I did so, and again there was no same-day delivery option. After I've spoken to 2 consultants, you'd think one of them would tell me this?

I've phoned 3 times now and even spoken to a manager, and the only answer I get is that they simply can't help me to fast-track my order when it's still at the warehouse.

How ridiculous???? It should be easier to get a product delivered to your given address when the warehouse is only a few kilometres away from you.

This is the last time I will ever do business with them. Shame on you for your bad customer service, Superbalist. You can learn a thing or two from your Spree competitor in this regards.
