Worst service from Superbalist.com

I bought a fossil watch on promotion and received the incorrect item due to a mix up at their warehouse. I purchased a men's watch but was sent a woman's watch which apparently looked the same to them. I have been liaising with them via email (Simvuyele Kona and Mishka Abraham's) and till now the query is not sorted out. I am so disappointed with this and the fact that it was bought as a birthday gift for my boyfriend. I need this query sorted out and their customer service is so poor, I am so shocked.
