WORST SERVICE EVER RECEIVED

I'm utterly disappointed in the service received from Superbalist regarding everything nje.. Since the merge with Spree their service level dropped tremendously.There's an excuse for each an every delay. I've been waiting for my refund for over 2 weeks,it hasn't been processed and I've been following up but not getting any feedback. I will not recommend them to anyone,the service is just bad ?
