Worst service ever received

I've placed an order on the Superbalist.com website with promise date 07.12.2017. On the day of delivery, I received an SMS that my parcel will be delivered 11.07.2017. I then queried the change in my delivery date via their social platforms only to be told that one of their call centre agents will get in touch to explain the delay. No one ever got back to me regarding the delay. I never cared about the delay but was more shocked with the customer service I received.
