Worst Service Ever!!!! Quick to take your money but a nightmare to deal with after sales when you can contact anyone directly

This is the WORST service i have ever received in my life!!!!! Purchased a headboard from you guys like two weeks ago. You guys sent a message saying that the head board would be delivered on the monday before 5pm. Great i thought perfect then all of a sudden on the saturday while i was away, i received a message saying that it will actually be delivered on Saturday, i thought oh no, i will have to cancel my plans and get home immediately. I had done that and then waited the whole saturday for the delivery which came. The two guys nicely took it upstairs for me, very friendly and as soon as they got into the car i stopped them because i noticed that the headborad was damaged before i opened it. The gentlemen then said i must log a return immediately and they will take it back. I thought great okay, they said that they just need to do one more delivery in the area and then they will pick it up. Saturday came and went and no one came back. Got a message in the week saying that they will reschedule the collection. Okay so now i need to stay another working day at home to make sure i can be here to open the door. Day comes and they send one guy to collect the headboard. My husband kindly asks the guy if he can help him get it from upstairs as it is heavy (king size headboard) the guy refuses, he says please its heavy he the only guy here and he can not carry it down the stairs by himself. The guy refuses, he asks again and says please he is only one guy i can not make my wife help me. They guy still refuses because he says it is covid and he is not allowed to go into the house and my husband responds by saying but on saturday the two gentlemen brought it upstairs. He still refuses and at that point my husband starts to get angry because now i need to help him bring the headboard down stairs ( bear in mind i am pregnant and i need to now carry something heavy down the stairs) so my husband and myself drops the headboard outside and says okay heres the headboard take it. The guy now wants my husband to help him put it in the buckie, my husband refuses and says if you are not allowed to come inside my house and help me then i am not allowed outside the house to help you…..and then the guy says no he cant take the headboard because he has no space so my husband asks so you expect my wife and myself to carry it back upstairs and his no its okay ill help you now so my husband said why now? You didnt want to help me before and now you see my pregnant wife u want to take it back upstairs. The driver then says its not my problem. My husband then says it is your problem, you work for the company so it is yours, and the guy continues to argue with my my husband and he eventually just drives off as my husband is still complaining that as a company they should have given him the details to know what needed to be collected etc etc. the driver was so rude and arrogant that i could not believe it. (He said his name was Dimms but i dont know how true that is) anyway he drove off and i got a message saying that my collection will be rescheduled. Again keep in mind i took a whole day off for this waste of time. Then a few days later someone comes to collect it and luckily my husband was home that day and i got a message to say that the headboard was collected and 2-3 days later when it reaches the warehouse, we will then decide on what to do. Then on friday i get an sms to say that they are delivering the new headboard on monday. I thought okay great as i am away. Then saturday morning they say that they are delivering it today…..great now i need to cancel my plans again and make sure i am at home and rush back. Get home and eventually two guys come with a truck to deliver the headboard and i was busy with other people at the moment so i did not check the headboard before i left. Eventually when i had the chance i decided okay let me have a look and just as i started opening the package, i saw it was damaged….Great! And waste of time and day for me. Now i need to do the return again. They sent the sms that they will collect today and a guy came to collect the king size headboard in a freaking car! Now not only did i take another day off and waste my time, i am going to have to most probably take another day off when someone decided that they are actually going to take it back. Service is absolutely pathetic, i was a first time buyer with superbalist and i will never purchase from here again!!!!
