WORST SERVICE EVER FROM SUPERBALIST!

I have never in my life received such bad service from an online shopping company.

I order 4 items on Sunday 17 February 2019. I got an message from Superbalist that confirmed that all 4 items will be delivered on Tuesday the 19th of February. The order was only delivered on Wednesday, 20 February 2019. ONLY 2 ITEMS were delivered, with NO EXPLANATION as to why I have not received my entire order. I phoned TWICE to query as to where the other two items are. NO ONE COULD GIVE ME AN EXPLANATION and said they would get to me within 48 hours. Today, 25 February I again have to call as NO ONE has gotten back to me on the matter AND AGAIN NO ONE IS ABLE TO GIVE ME ANY INFORMATION as to where the rest of my order is.

No sorry, no we will try our best to figure out what the problem is, nothing. WORT SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
