Worst service EVER!!!

First time using Superbalist, what a horrible experience. I bought a birthday gift for my wife. The disbelieve when she opened it to find men T-shirts, thank you Superbalist for *****ing up my order. Then I tried using your awesome app (Sarcastic) to log an exchange, which kept on crashing in the middle of the process. Eventually after 15 minutes I succeed, just to find out that 2 of the 3 items I bought is now out of stock in the sizes that I want. So exchanging it is now impossible. Superbalist you really perfected the art of delivering terrible (not the right word, but the right word is unfortunately very inappropriate) service. I should have checked your ratings on hello peter before using your service, how you are still in business is mind-boggling.
