Worst service ever

I've been waiting on my delivery for 2 weeks now.they keep sending me this sms Hi Nosipho, we tried to deliver your Superbalist order #***8, but couldn't. While I'm waiting for the call or delivery guy the whole day and nothing.I just want the clothes I bought or my money back.
