Worst service ever !!!

I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received. I was expecting my order to be delivered on Wednesday, 30 July, and waited the entire day, only to get an update claiming a failed delivery attempt. I was at the address all day, my phone was on, and there’s security at the door who could have easily contacted me, but clearly no effort was made.

I called and spoke to someone who told me they were calling an old number, even though my updated contact details were visible on the system. Despite the warehouse being just 15–20 minutes away, I was told no one could retrieve my shoes or coordinate a same-day reattempt, apparently, no one inside the company can reach each other?

To make things worse, I received another “failed delivery” notification the next day. Still no missed calls, no actual attempt to contact me. Then I was told I couldn’t change the order to collection, and shortly after, I got an email saying my order was canceled, yet when I called again, I was told the delivery was still being escalated.

This has been a complete mess from start to finish. Absolutely pathetic service. I regret ever using the website.
