Worst service ever!

I placed an order (order ********** ) on the 2nd of Feb which was meant to be delivered on the 6th which wasn't. I had to call and enquire about the order but was told delivery was refused. I don't understand how because no one tried to call me. I've sending emails wanting feedback and your agents are just not interested in assisting. Now I see that my order was cancelled and your website says they couldn't get hold of me... HOW?? Nobody tried to call me NOT once! How can you not get hold of someone you haven't even tried to contact??? This is the worst service I have ever received from superbalist! It is so pathetic and I have never been this angry at incompetency! It's pretty clear that you don't care about customer service anymore and it's disappointing! It is really disappointing
