Worst service ever

<p>I purchased shoes on Superbalist and yesterday 31 January 2017 i received an sms saying my order is on its way and i will be getting it before 5pm. I cancelled meetings that i had outside the office and was at the office waiting all day. When i called to ask where my order is i get told that the delivery guys were here but reception did not answer which i knew was not true. I called and a different person answered, this person then called the driver and put him on a confrence call.The driver then just said he could not find our offices. Why was i not called when the driver felt he could not find the place? how does the delivery guy get to make a decision to just turn and i do not get informed. This kind of service is unacceptable .I have used other online stores and got great service, i hate being inconvinienced for services and products i have already paid for.</p>
