Worst service delivery

Worst delivery service ever!!! Ordered my items on the 24th and expected a delivery on the 25th as I was charged an express delivery. I didn’t get my delivery or communication from Superbalist. Contacted them today to follow up and they advised that the courier guy will be at my house by 11am and I did also advise that I will not be available then as I’m travelling. No 1 took an initiative to call anything, till now I’m still waiting.

I’m so gutted by this service delivery. I want my refund today!!!
