Worst service by far for a reputable company!!

I placed an order last week Wednesday before 9am and my order was supposed to arrive on Monday, but that never happened. It is the 3rd consecutive time I've had issues with their delivery and incompetency as if they aren't a big company. My orders always end up being delayed by a week from the initial date of estimated delivery. The company has provided me with the worst service by far and it's honestly appalling because of their so-called "reputation", but the irony is that they can't even withhold it.
