WORST SERVICE!!!

I ordered a Michael Kors watch when it was on sale. The wrong watch coincidentally got delivered. I emailed them requesting an exchange as I really wanted the watch and got it for a good price. What are the chances that they NO LONGER HAVE THE WATCH and say they taking it off their site. They informed me that they cant give me the watch and will refund me. And of course the watch is back on the site after the refund. **** **** ****!!! I think they didn't want to sell the watch on special and will rather deliver **** service. I have been a very good customer but I will never recommend them to any one!
