Worst Retrun/refund Service.

Most disappointing company, i returned items 3weeks ago and was only refunded partially and according to them they still looking for the outstanding items, 3weeks later, my drop off point confirmed reciept of complete items which in my opinion is their representative but still action whatsoever, its companies like these that makes us hesitate online shopping, i spend thousands monthly on them but the treatment is *******. Very unhappy and boycotting.
