Worst online shopping experience ever from Superbalist.com

Good Day, I would like to let the world know how terrible a service is received from Superbalist.com, on the 07-10-2025 i ordered two sneakers ( Adidas Gazelle Bold size 3½, and a New Balance 9060 V1 Grade Shool size 4) i made payment vai Pay just now,delivery was confirmed and the parcel was delivered on the 10-10-2025, to my shock and disappointment they somehow messed up EVERYTHING! The parcel delivered was a Vans , and in a size 7 to make things even worse, ive been trying to get them to resolve their mess since the 11-10-2025, I keep being moved from pillar to post,they telling me they need to first collect the ****** nonsense they delivered to me then only will they try fixing everything and delivering what I ordered, my dilema now lies with the fact that I ordered these sneakers for a trip i already paid for, I tried canceling with the traveling agency and they told me I would forfeit half of what I paid for my trip which is on Friday. There's no sense of urgency from Superbalist.com to fix their mess, and as a result I'll be loosing out on a trip I planned for since March and the money I've already spent for the trip has gone done the drain...superblistly so , I wish no one ever shops from Superbalist.com ever again, they have given me worst online shopping experience, how does one mess up an order that bad?? Fellow customers, save yourself the trouble and never shop from Superbalist.com ever again
