Worst online experience at superbalist

I made two purchases through superbalist. One where I returned the item and asked for a refund of which till today the consultants keep sending me emails to say the amount has been paid back buy nothing.

The second item I asked for a different size and till today I haven't received it apparently I asked to drop off the dress but I specifically chose for the dress to be collected. Now I am stuck with a dress I will possibly never wear.

The consultants are not useful at all its basically like speaking with an AI as they will send the same message repeatedly.

I will never buy at superbalist ever again the standard has dropped immensely.
