worst online experiance

I have always been sceptical about online shopping. And to be honest superbalist gave me the worst experience of my birthday life.Sunday was my birthday 02/02/2020. There was a rose gold Casio watch I feel in love with, my fiancé made a purchase for me and paid for fast delivery, I captured my work address as I was at work that day. Waited at my work till 7:30 pm with no call or no correspondence.Saturday I called and was advised that it would be delivered before 3, went back to work and waited. The driver called me after 4 and told me to go to the braamfontein as that was the address captured, however my address indicated that I’m based in Alberton, my fiancé negotiated with the driver that we meet at the glen with the condition that we gave him money for petrol. My fiancé paid the 100 for petrol, which we understood as the driver was basically doing us a favour and my fiancé wanted my present in time for my birthday.Got the package only to find out that it was stockings. I really wanted the watch, however was told that it is now out of stock.I don’t know if it is the mission and vision for superbalist to turn clients into a joke, that you probably have hidden cameras and turned me into a clown.
