WORST. EXPERIENCE. EVER.

This is really the worst service I've ever received. Not going into too much details, otherwise I might just pop a vein. The most useless staff, stuffed up my order. Wasted 6 days working from home to be there for delivery. No communication what so ever. Sent in excess of 10 emails to resolve. Phoned more than 5 times. They don't come back to you. Cannot resolve the simplest issue. I wish to make a special shout out to the pathetic 'concierge' team. They hide behind emails. Don't resolve issues. Don't follow up. They completely messed up my order. I will honestly never, ever shop at Superbalist and I'll make it my mission to spread the gospel to warn others. Serious, just don't support them. They don't deserve your time or money.
