Worst experience

I first ordered items from them on November of 2022, for some reason they cancelled my order without giving me an explanation. Fast forward to November 2023, i ordered items from them again and this time around my order was scheduled to come on Thursday, i called them to check what time my order is gonna come and then i was told on that very same day that, the courier that was supposed to bring my order got hijacked. I do not know why they did not send me an email or call me to let me know the day before about my hijacked items. Imagine the disappointment i felt being told i will not receive my order the day i am supposed to receive it. I'm never ordering from them again.
