Worst delivery

I ordered a parcel from superbalist. The delivery date was 05/12/17, I however received an email on 04/12/17 that my parcel was delivered. I contacted my wife to enquire if the parcel did arrive but no delivery was done. I called superbalist, gave my order number and they told me the parcel was delivered and signed by a domestic (I don’t have a domestic). Today, 05/12/17 the parcel arrives at 16:45 after calling MrDelivery like a dozen times.

Called Superbalist and emailed them, no damn real follow up whatsoever. They too cool and calm to get **** done. A lady said she will get back to me at 17:00 today, it’s now 22:50!! What’s the use if you have a flashy damn app and website with a poor delivery system?
