WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE/REFUND PROCESS.

Confirmed to cancel my parcel , the parcel was cancelled but still delivered. Made arrangements with customer service to have it picked up again only for one of the items to be returned to me AGAIN. Not even the correct item as mentioned in the email they sent before it arrived. And during this entire process I still haven't been refunded for the other product that was returned to them.
