Worst Customer Service Ever

I have never experienced such poor customer service in my life.

My delivery has been recorded as "delivered" however I have not received it.

No-one can tell me where the order is or where it has been delivered to. The so-called support centre are only capable of sending escalation emails to Takealot and nothing else.

Why is Superbalist not replacing my order and recovering the incorrectly delivered order at their own administrative expense???

No-one follows up with me, no-one calls me back and no-one can help me - how on earth is this classified as acceptable support?

I am still waiting!

I will never order through Superbalist.com again.
