Worst customer service and no refund on returned items

Worst customer service !!!!

I returned two items. I personally dropped them off at the drop off point. I received the email that items were received at drop off point. I then got another email asking if I decided to keep the items as they were not received at the warehouse thus I have been refunded.

Trying to resolve the matter is a joke. Every time I email there is a different person responding. I waited 10 min on the phone for someone to pick up only for someone to read my emails back to me , tell me that one item has been refunded when it hasn’t and then hangs up only to repeat the whole process over again.

I will never order from Superbalist ever again out of fear that returned items go missing and you don’t get refunded.
