Worst customer service agent experience.

They missed the original delivery date for my order by 3 days (for which I had made arrangements to take delivery), which ultimately led to me not being able to take delivery and the order being cancelled. I spoke with 2 agents who were clearly reading from a "script" and who did not show the slightest inclination to help solve a problem they were responsible for. Worst customer experience in the last 5 years, hands down.
