Worst Company Ever

If I could give a 0/5 rating I would - Superbalist.com has been a complete nightmare to deal with.

Call centre agents do nothing but tell you "we understand" and "we have emailed the delivery depot."

This has been the absolute worst customer experience ever.

I have lost any and all faith in this company, who seems to have done nothing but take my money in return for despicable service. I am beyond horrified that this is deemed as acceptable.

My advice: DO NOT ORDER THROUGH SUPERBALIST.COM, EVER!!!
