Worst company

Superbalist has ****** my money! They are completely unorganized. I would call them a ****. It is the worst company I have ever dealt with! Absolutely useless. I have ordered from them and asked to be delivered at a pick up point. When I collected my order, I only received 8 items out of 21! I have been fighting since then to find out where the rest of my order is, emailing them, calling them. The don't respond to emails. You are put on hold on the phone for more than 30 minutes. I eventually could get hold of them on the phone and they told me the rest of my order has been highjacked... Superbalist never told me or communicated anything about it. Unless I phoned and fought to find out what is happening, no one would have cared to let me know and just left it as it is, without refunding me or replacing my order! Still now, I am still waiting for them to refund me. They lie by saying they are sending me confirmation emails for the refund and the refund is in process. They always have an excuse, like the email address they sent it to was incorrect! I never got anything and still am waiting. I was on the phone with the lady just now, asking her to send me the email, while on the phone, to be sure to get the email. And I still haven't got anything. They are ****s and ****mers! I've asked to speak to the manager, and how unsurprisingly, they don't know the names of their managers, and cannot let me speak to them. They will only give me a call in the next 24- 48h?! How unprofessional is that?! What a lie! Superbalist takes you for a fool, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!
