Worst after sale service

I bought clothes from them and received my order,an item was missing.I wrote an email to advise them of this as I could see as per their email all my clothes were shipped.They asked for a picture of the package and when I advised that I was not aware they would ask for it so I threw it out,they never responded again.I have been sending them emails to enquire but have received no response.Their turnaround time is 24hrs but it has been 4days now.All I am asking from them is my item or my money simple.They have the worst service I have ever encountered.Surely they have ways to double check what was packed and what was not even cameras
