Worse online site

<p>This is the worse experience I ever had when buying online. I ordered a Daran TAN showe the first time, received the item.. It was cognac !</p> <p>decided to keep it and buy another Tan one, again I received the cognac! Makes no sense. Website has working info </p> <p>Im the one who picked up the error the second time and since last week I have been call in numerous times to try and sort this out. All my efforts to no avail </p> <p>And when I queried it, I got 4 confirmations that I will receive the Tan color! </p> <p>Incorrect item shipped for the SECOND time!<br />buyer(Ricky) has no idea what different colors are! Tan&Cognac not the same at all!<br />Wasted a week trying to sort this issue out. The issue I picked up.<br />Ricky and Devon no help at all! And they are buyers? Who don't know the product?<br />Sheldon and Marion best ppl to deal with!! They should rather be the buyers! As they know way more </p> <p>will never even buy form "SA worse online store" ever again </p> <p>Just shows that online buying is not the best way to go anymore. </p> <p>Totally disappointed! And will not recommend superbalist to anyone </p> <p>check the "Tan" color on the pic lol</p> <p>didn't even want to give one star review. Would give the no stars if I could </p> <p> </p>
