Worried South African - Superbalist is a **** Organization #***7

I bought a pair of Rainer boots online from Superbalist with a gift voucher that I got for my birthday. This was on 28 May 2020. The size was a UK size 6 and not a SA size 6. I immediately logged a return as the boots are too big (South African size 8) To date. 1 July 2020 I have had zero assistance in spite of logging calls on their website, their Facebook messenger service or their call centre. I honestly have come to the conclusion that this firm is not ethical or legitimate. They forever say they will get back to me but they do not. I have spoken via email to Mishka Paris who is an “online fashion assistant” and then she disappeared after saying she will get back to me. All of a sudden Olwethu Ncaphayi took over my query who also to date has not given me any feedback. On a daily basis I get a sms saying they will collect the item but on a daily basis the “courier” that they send is a no show. I am even considering rather selling these shoes online because I fear that should they eventually send someone to collect that it will be the end of it and I would have lost my R850. This review is more of a query, is it possible for me to escalate this concern to the SA consumer council? They do not even respond to hellopeter.
