Worn out Pants

I bought a pair of Pringle pant for my husband November 2023 and hand washed it three times. When my husband wanted to to wear the pants they were off in colour (worn out). I them decided to return the item and a lady by the name of Lerato gave me the response below.

I would like to inform you that your return RMA*** has been cancelled due to item can not be return as this is due to water damage Should you require further assistance please do contact us again I then called their call center and they told me that if a return is cancelled by the technical team there is nothing anyone can do. I then asked them that if pants are damaged by water what was I supposed to use cos i used the wash care instruction label to wash these pants. I cannot spend so much money for pants that will be worn out within six months. I want my money. It is not the first time superbalist sell ing me low quality and **** labels they have done that with my son’s Puma sneakers and h&m pants, now this oh no people need to know about your **** clothes.
