Wont use them again!

I ordered 3 items . They arrived on 1 August. Upon arrival I didn't take two of the items out of their packaging as i could see from a small opening that the carpets werent what i wanted. I immediately went onto my app and returned the orders. On 4 August the goods were collected and i never heard from Superbalist again. I have since contacted them on numerous occasions to be told that my request is being dealt with on an urgent basis. On 1 September i was informed that one of the carpets was dirty and hence they will be returning it to me. I am so furious by this comment as i didnt even open the capet. In hindsight I wish i did. Today i still wait for their urgent attention, over month now since they have my returns. I use many online shopping sights and i will never use Superbalist again. Poor service, poor response and they definitely cannot be trusted.
