Won't recommend

I ordered two pairs of sneakers and was told that they would arrive Monday 29/08. They didn't arrive so I emailed them and was given a lame excuse about there being a delay but no reason was given as to why there was a delay. They delivered it today 31/08 but my order is incomplete. There was only one pair of sneakers. This was clearly done on purpose. There is absolutely no way that this is an accident. Even the delivery driver saw that I was confused because judging by the size of the package I knew that something was missing. I don't think that I will be ordering anything from Superbalist in future and I definitely would not recommend them to anyone else. This is pathetic.
