Won't be shopping on Superbalist again...

I made a purchase on the Superbalist app - there was an error with their app, which resulted in my account being debited twice. When I called them for a refund, I was requested to send an audit report with details of their account into which money was paid.... This is freaking impossible to do!! The person I spoke to should've just CHECKED my profile & would've seen that I paid twice!! And done a reversal. I was sent from pillar to post where it was a simple payment reversal. I won't be purchasing from this app again - endless problems with returns as well - not worth it.
