Will never use Superbalist again!

What a bad experience buying on the sight. I never had any issues with Zando. Placed an order that was schedule for delivery Monday 28th Jan. No phone call was received. I kept getting emails they tried to deliver and my address was clearly marked with a receptionist on duty. when I called I was told my contact details were updated incorrectly. I updated it and still a no show from the driver. the next email came through my order was cancelled sorry. I am truly appalled by your pathetic level of customer service
