Why such bad quality?

If the clothes aren’t the right size, then the shoes are knockoffs.

I’ve lost so much money by supporting them, only to be returned with wrong sizes, bad quality and overall sloppy packaging.

Don’t get me started on the refund procress. Refunds are never the full amount, despite the item barely leaving the box (to my dismay). It just seems as though it isn’t a priority to Superbalist.com. Or that your customers?

This is, honestly, just me being upset over multiple mishaps I’ve had to deal with over the past year. Not entirely sure what good it would do.

But, if you aim to buy from them: Be warned or super prepared to waste time and money.

Superbalist really has it out for them if this is how they aim to run their business.
