Why now about your delivery dates.

<p>I purchased an item, and made payment on the 5th of June. I had issues with the order number, and called to sort it out. My issue is, it's been 12 days since they received my money, and they told me I would get my delivery on the 15th, but nothing came. How unprofessional have you become? #NotPleased</p>
